A pavilion with a stage would be great for evening concerts. Swings(not playground type) and benches .A focal point on the Well would be awesome

Grant,  The City has always owned the Public Well.   It was designated in the 1905 Charter as the Center of Loganville.   You can find this Charter and the earlier one of 1887 in the records of the...

I do not believe you have the parking requirements to have such a big thing in the downtown. But I sure would love to see a Barnes and Noble or Books A Million of some sort.

Take a look at the towncenter park at Suwanee!  That place is beautiful.  I know Loganville doesn't have the space for all that but an amphitheater some benches and trees would look fabulous!
